INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1 TBS Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 TBS Sunflower Seeds 
  • 1 TBS Chia Seeds 
  • 1 TBS Flax Seeds
  • 1 TBS Walnuts
  • 1 TBS Ground Cinnamon 
  • 1-1.5 Cups of Oat or Nut Milk (adjust based on preferred thickness)
  • Any Tree Nut Butter (Optional)
  • Honey or Agave or Pitted Dates (Optional)


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl then mix them.
  2. Place the bowl of your mixed oats in the refrigerator with a cover on.
  3. Allow the oats to rest overnight.
  4. Pull the bowl of oats out of the refrigerator and let it adjust to the room temperature.
    • Optional: Heat the oatmeal by either:
      • Microwave
      • Stovetop in a pot
