INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Cup Oatmeal
 - 1 TBS Pumpkin Seeds
 - 1 TBS Sunflower Seeds
 - 1 TBS Chia Seeds
 - 1 TBS Flax Seeds
 - 1 TBS Walnuts
 - 1 TBS Ground Cinnamon
 - 1-1.5 Cups of Oat or Nut Milk (adjust based on preferred thickness)
 - Any Tree Nut Butter (Optional)
 - Honey or Agave or Pitted Dates (Optional)
 
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl then mix them.
 - Place the bowl of your mixed oats in the refrigerator with a cover on.
 - Allow the oats to rest overnight.
 - Pull the bowl of oats out of the refrigerator and let it adjust to the room temperature.
