How To Become More In Tune With Your Body

Do you ever feel like you don't understand the reason for your body's actions?

Sometimes that may be because you don't really know how your body acts. Your body is a vessel that holds your soul. Our minds are what control everything. A great example would be the movie called The Matrix. In the movie The Matrix, the main character, Neo finds out there is an alternative reality that people's minds plug into. While his body is in the real world, his mind is in a completely different dimension. Whatever happens in the real world is greatly affects him in the alternative dimension. That means it is very very critical that we understand what our body is capable of based on how strong our mind's are.

The best way I think you can be more in tune with your body is by listening to it. If you feel like a headache is coming, sit back and think about these few questions:

  • Are you drinking enough liquids?
  • Did you eat enough today? 
  • Did you have enough calories?
  • Have you been sleeping well?
  • Are you feeling uncomfortable in any way?
  • Do you have low energy?
  • Did the discussion with some people during the day really take a lot of your energy?

There are so many more questions to ask but I would say start there in order to figure out how in tune you are really with your body. There are so many other ways you can find out if you really are in tune with your body but I would say start with these questions and ask yourself daily or as often as you can.

The more in tune you are with your body, the easier things can become.
